چکیده
Through living-donor liver transplantation (LDLT) from a human leukocyte antigen (HLA)-matched sibling donor, it may be possible to stop the use of immunosuppressants. It is that acute antibody-mediated rejection and chronic active through positivity donor-specific anti-HLA antibodies and/or T cell-mediated affect prognosis transplantation. The etiologies diseases recipient also post-transplantation course. Herein, we report on successful re-treatment with direct-acting antiviral (DAA) therapy against hepatitis C virus (HCV) infection in patient who underwent LDLT HLA-matched donor. After for HCV-related diseases, easy HCV re-infect graft under lack DAA re-infection immediately after should commenced, important eradicate better recipients diseases.

New treatment of hepatitis C (Direct Acting Antiviral)
Hepatitis C virus (HCV) infection is a major cause of chronic liver disease, with approximately 71 million chronically infected individuals worldwide. Clinical care for the patients with HCV-related liver disease has advanced considerably thanks to an enhanced understanding of the pathophysiology of the disease, and because of developments in diagnostic procedures and improvements in therapy an...
متن کاملDirect-acting antiviral medications for chronic hepatitis C virus infection.
Treatment of hepatitis C virus has traditionally been difficult because of low rates of treatment success and high rates of treatment discontinuation due to side effects. Current standard therapy consists of pegylated interferon α and ribavirin, both of which have nonspecific and largely unknown mechanisms of action. New therapies are in development that act directly on the hepatitis C virus at...
متن کاملAntiviral Treatment for Hepatitis C Virus Infection after Liver Transplantation
A significant proportion of patients with chronic hepatitis C virus (HCV) infection develop liver cirrhosis and complications of end-stage liver disease over two to three decades and require liver transplantation, however, reinfection is common and leads to further adverse events under immunosuppression. Pretransplant antiviral or preemptive therapy is limited to mildly decompensated patients d...
متن کاملNutritional status and liver steatosis after direct-acting antiviral treatment for chronic hepatitis C virus infection
Background: In this retrospective study, we investigated nutritional status and liver steatosis after direct-acting antiviral (DAA) treatment for chronic hepatitis C virus (HCV) infection. Methods: One-hundred six patients with chronic HCV infection underwent HCV-RNA testing 12 weeks after the end of treatment (EOT) with DAAs from September 2014 to August 2016. HCV genotype 1 patients received ...
متن کاملRibavirin revisited in the era of direct‐acting antiviral therapy for hepatitis C virus infection
Over the past two decades, ribavirin has been an integral component of treatment for hepatitis C virus (HCV) infection, where it has been shown to improve the efficacy of (pegylated) interferon. However, because of treatment-limiting side effects and its additive toxicity with interferon, the search for interferon- and ribavirin-free regimens has been underway. The recent approvals of all-oral ...
